GreenLight Property Management was founded in 2004 after years working in the real estate market throughout the Greater Boston area. Having witnessed the need for competent, cost competitive, and reliable property management services, GreenLight was started to accomplish those objectives.

Our at GPM goal is to provide well researched management plans with a focus on cost effective management, while maintaining a long term view for the physical structure, in tune with the aim to maximize the return on your investment. 

We have assembled a staff of people who really enjoy what they do, from our accounting department, to technology team, on to the plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters, and handy-men. We’re all the same, responsible business people who love our jobs.
